I don't understand the violation that remains. Are you saying that when you click the thumbnail of the screenlist it opens in fastpic in a different aspect ratio? Or that the individual screens in the screenlist are not the same aspect ration as the individual screenshots?
I've made dozens of posts and never had this noted as an issue before. It is very confusing and frustrating.

The screenlists were not incorrect in most of my posts. So rest easy you and your team only missed a few. I assume since the images still provided a clear view of the events of the scene the few that were incorrect were just ignored. FYI what happened is when I was informed the screenlist images were not wide enough I started adjusting settings in the thumbnailer app. Since I couldn't figure out how else to make them wider I adjusted the aspect ratio. When I figured out all that as wrong was I accidently marked the resize checkbox in FastPic I attempted to set all the thumbnailer setting back to what they were (correct all along) but forgot one. I hope this knowledge may help with correspondence with other offenders.
Only took a couple hours to figure out
